You may use Clock5 for personal or commercial timekeeping, provided you do not attempt to damage, disable, or reverse engineer the service. Automated scraping or abusing the public APIs is prohibited.

Clock5 does not require a login. Local preferences (such as alarms, themes, and timer settings) are stored in your browser. You are responsible for securing your device and browser data.

3. Availability

We strive for high availability but provide the service on an 'as-is' basis without warranties. We may update or discontinue features at any time, and you agree we are not liable for resulting losses.

4. Limitation of liability

Clock5 and its maintainers are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service, including missed alarms or scheduling conflicts. Always confirm critical times with a secondary device.
